18 Years to 30 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 30 years; 2. Spherical refractive error of +1.00 to -6.00 D in each eye; 3. Astigmatism of not more than 1.00 D; 4. Best-corrected visual acuity with spectacles of equal or better than 1.0 as Snellen and with soft contact lens of equal or better than 0.8 as Snellen; 5. Healthy eyes, no pathological changes; 6. Able to read, understand and sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Intolerant of wearing soft contact lenses; 2. Have used myopia prevention products within 1 year; 3. History of dry eye and other eye diseases; 4. Contraindications to atropine; 5. Intraocular pressure higher than 21mmHg or intraocular pressure difference of more than 5mmHg; 6. Shallow anterior chamber (peripheral anterior chamber depth less than 1/4 corneal thickness)
