Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of the Society of Respiratory Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association (revised version in 2021) and the traditional chinese medicine guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2011 edition); 2. Aged between 40 and 75 years (including 40 and 75); 3. Stable patients with lung function grade II-III who can cooperate with lung function examination; 4. Those who are aware of the trial and have signed informed consent, and have not accepted other clinical intervention trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. AECOPD or arise serious complications; 2. Complicated with other critical diseases; 3. Those with physical disabilities or those who are bedridden for a long time for various reasons; 4. ICS was used within 1 month prior to inclusion; 5. Congenital or acquired immune deficiency; 6. Complicated with some serious systemic diseases and psychiatric patients; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Allergic to known therapeutic drugs.
