Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The first diagnosis must be consistent with cleft lip and palate deformity; 2. Aged 18-50 years; 3. In good health, no previous systemic diseases or sexually transmitted diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor overall state; 2. Failure of vital organs such as heart, lung, brain and kidney; 3. Blood disease or bleeding tendency; 4. Drug addiction (including drug, anesthetic and alcohol addiction); 5. Infectious viral infections; 6. Patients with systemic or local infectious lesions; 7. Patients during pregnancy or lactation; 8. Suffering from psychological disorders and unable to cooperate with rehabilitation treatment; 9. Patients with abnormal development of important organs or other organs; 10. Patients who are participating in programs for the clinical use of other technologies.
