Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 35 years; 2. AFC>=5; AMH >= 1.2 ng/ml; Oocyte retrieval cycle >= 2 times; 3. Full start-up of the standard solution in the previous cycle (Gn: 300u); No more than 9 oocytes were retrieved.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Hydrosalpinx: ultrasound or salpingography may indicate hydrosalpinx; 2. Adenomyosis: ultrasound /MRI diagnosis of adenomyosis with or without serum CA125 elevation; 3. Endometriosis: previous definite surgical diagnosis of endometriosis, or repeated ultrasound findings (>=3 times) of ovarian hypoecho; 4. Severe oligoasthenospermia/azoospermia; 5. Uterine malformation: single horn uterus, double horn uterus, uterus.
