Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=60 years; 2. Have lived in Guiyang for at least 1 year; 3. Able to move freely and cooperate to complete the intervention; 4. Have a clear consciousness and can clearly express their own situation; 5. The subjects or their family members own and use smart phones; 6. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Serious dysfunction of important organs; 2. Severe deafness and blindness with major physical diseases; 3. Acute episodes of various diseases; 4. At the same time to participate in other sports or exercise intervention project.
