Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-75 years, no gender limit; 2. Confirmed diagnosis of congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension: echocardiographic confirmation was limited to the presence of ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect, patent ductus arteriosus, endocardial pad defect, anomalous pulmonary vein drainage and other signs of congenital heart disease, and right heart catheterization confirmed mPAP>=25 MMHG and PVR>3 Wood uints.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindication to cardiac surgery, such as severe heart failure, severe systemic infection or fever, severe renal insufficiency, severe anemia or active bleeding, intolerant of anticoagulant therapy, psychiatric patients who cannot cooperate with surgery and PAWP>15mmHg; 2. Have participated in any other clinical trial for pulmonary hypertension.
