Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Recipients of first allogeneic lung transplantation; 2. Aged >=18 years; 3. Have certain reading and writing skills and good language communication skills; 4. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious infectious diseases, hyperacute rejection, accelerated rejection and other serious complications; 2. Patients with severe cognitive and mental disorders were unable to cooperate with the study.
