Age
20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 20 and 40 years; 2. Total follicle count (AFC) on transvaginal ultrasound <10; 3. With a history of infertility of more than 1 year, assisted reproduction was performed for the first time, and ovulation induction protocol was PPOS protocol; 4. Living in an area above 500 meters above sea level; 5. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of ovarian surgery (such as unilateral oophorectomy, ovarian endometriotic cyst dissection, etc.); 2. Hormonal contraceptives were used for pretreatment before this study; 3. Endometriosis of grade 3 or higher; 4. Diagnosis of congenital (septate uterus, bimorph uterus, bimorph uterus and unichorned uterus) or acquired (intrauterine adhesions, submucosal fibroids and adenomyosis) uterine abnormalities; 5. History of recurrent abortion; 6. Abnormal karyotype of the patient or her sexual partner.
