65 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=65 years; 2. Elective resection of gastrointestinal tumor is planned, and general anesthesia is required; 3. ASA Classification ?-?.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Used non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in the past month; 2. Preoperative hypotension (SBP =180mmhg or DBP>=110mmhg), hypertensive emergency, severe arrhythmias, valve stenosis, severe intracardial shunt, or impaired cardiac function (New York Heart Association classification >=III); 4. Acute cardiovascular events, including acute or decompensated heart failure and acute coronary syndromes; 5. Severe liver and kidney function and pulmonary insufficiency, chronic kidney disease CKD>= stage 4 (glomerular filtration rate <30ml/min/1.73m2 or renal replacement therapy or end-stage renal disease); 6. Emergency surgery; 7. The participant is participating in another clinical study or declined to participate in this clinical study; 8. Ineligible participants considered by the investigator.
