Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For women over 40 years old, there are more than two consecutive menstrual cycles longer than 7 days in 10 months, and organic diseases of cardiovascular, mental, nerve and endocrine glands are excluded. 2. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for climacteric syndrome, but other related diseases must be excluded: Subjects with one of the following typical menopausal symptoms, combined with decreased urine and blood estrogen, follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone significantly increased: FSH > 40IU/L, E2 < 20IU/L. (1) The onset of perimenopause is slow, and the typical condition is often related to the environment and emotion. (2) Emotional instability, irritability, moodiness, irritability, depression, tension, anxiety, etc. (3) Can be accompanied by paroxysmal upper body (especially face) flushing, sweating, insomnia and dreams, headache, vertigo, chest tightness, palpitations, etc. (4) Clear mind, intellectual barrier-free. (5) Blood pressure fluctuation, electrocardiogram and electroencephalogram examination normal. (6) Reproductive organs and secondary sexual characteristics have different degrees of atrophy. Vaginal smears showed a decrease in keratinocytes, most of which were eosinophilic in the basal layer or below the middle layer, with more white blood cells. 3. Subjects (or their guardians) give informed consent and sign the informed consent form. 4. If the subject is in an acute exacerbation of the disease, it is recommended to wait until the disease is stable before collecting baseline data.
