Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients with clinically diagnosed untreated breast cancer, chemotherapy regimens were mainly anthracyclines/targeted agents or a combination of both; 2. Good compliance, able to complete the study as required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of coronary heart disease or clinical suspicion of coronary heart disease; 2. Complicated with cardiomyopathy, congenital heart disease, valvular heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases; 3. Uncontrollable hypertension and severe renal failure after drug treatment; 4. Severe cardiac insufficiency and arrhythmia; 5. The treatment plan includes radiotherapy or chemotherapy with other significant cardiotoxic agents; 6. The contraindications of magnetic resonance examination and the quality of magnetic resonance images cannot meet the requirements of post-processing.
