Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. AD patients with depression (according to ICD-10 diagnostic criteria) admitted to Ningbo Kangning Hospital from April 2022 to November 2024, aged > 18 years; 2. The Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) or Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) indicated cognitive impairment, and the 24-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD24) score was >=9.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cerebrovascular diseases or other diseases that may affect brain structure and function, such as multiple intracranial cerebral aneurysms, acute massive cerebral infarction and epilepsy; 2. Unstable or severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases or severe drug allergy; 3. Drug dependence or serious suicidality.
