18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Wounds that are unable or unsuitable for primary closure; 2. Trauma of extremities, chest and back, and buttocks; 3. Aged between 18 and 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exposure of bones, blood vessels, nerves and tendons; 2. Severe malnutrition; 3. Sepsis; 4. Patients with severe and uncorrectable hypoproteinemia (serum albumin continued below 30 g/L after infusion); 5. Patients during pregnancy and lactation; 6. Specific infection wounds (tuberculosis, tetanus, fungus, etc.); 7. Residual malignant tumor cells in the wound and wound caused by tumor erosion; 8. Psoriasis and other skin diseases in other areas; 9. Peripheral vascular disease; 10. Cognitive impairment; 11. Unable to participate in the experimenter for objective reasons; 12. Non-compliance with postoperative management.
