Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip fracture patients admitted to Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from February 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023; 2. Aged >65 years; 3. Patients who were judged as intermediate or high risk by the POD risk prediction model after Kalisvaart-Inouye hip surgery before surgery; 4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in another drug clinical study in the past 30 days; 2. Impaired language communication and unable to complete cognitive function tests.
