Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: In 2019, patients with positive respiratory secretions culture, urine culture, cerebrospinal fluid culture and blood culture were admitted to the pediatric ward.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Colonizing or contaminating bacteria; 2. Nosocomial infection; 3. Duplicate specimens from the same patient.
