Control group:Conventional therapy (steroid+rituximab)

Intervention group:Conventional treatment + glutamine + clostridium butyric acid

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with SD-MCNS, aged 1-18 years, no gender limit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diseases of other organ systems; 2. Abnormal renal function (eGFR<90ml/min.1.73m^2); 3. Those who have used other immunosuppressive agents.
