Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult kidney transplant recipients aged 18-60 years; 2. Sign the informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The recipient of kidney transplantation has a history of second or multiple kidney transplantation, and a history of transplantation of other organs and tissues; 2. Renal transplant recipients had a history of colistin sulfate E hypersensitivity; 3. Renal transplant recipients with bacterial infection at any location before transplantation; 4. The operation was cancelled due to various reasons; 5. Renal transplant recipients had preoperative immune deficiencies, such as granulocytosis (absolute granulocyte count <10^3 neutrophils/mm^3).
