Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-55 years; 2. There was no abnormality in blood routine examination, blood biochemical examination and stool routine examination; 3. Abdominal ultrasound, colonoscopy/gastrointestinal angiography were normal; 4. Meeting DSM-5 criteria for depression.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Malignant tumors, complicated with serious heart, liver, lung, blood, endocrine and autoimmune diseases; 2. Organic brain disease; 3. Infection of respiratory tract, digestive tract and urinary tract; 4. Abdominal surgery other than appendicitis; 5. Pregnant and lactating patients; 6. Mental illness other than depression (depression combined with anxiety); 7. Take intestinal microbiotics or antibiotics for more than 3 days in the past 2 weeks; 8. Take antidepressants and other antipsychotic drugs regularly in the past two months; 9. Mri contraindications.
