Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Part I Research: (1) Patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma, non-locally advanced, no distant metastasis, no history of thyroid cancer surgery; (2) No regional lymph node metastasis was found by preoperative B-ultrasound examination; (3) Willing to undergo gene mutation testing in tumor tissue after surgery. 2. The second part: (1) Patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma; (2) Preoperative imaging examination showed no cervical lymph node metastasis (CLNM); (3) Willing to accept preoperative FNA puncture biopsy and gene mutation detection of puncture fluid; (4) Postoperative pathology confirmed PTC.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Part I Research: (1) Postoperative pathological diagnosis of non-PTC thyroid carcinoma: medullary carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, poorly differentiated carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma; (2) Patients who did not undergo preventive lymph node dissection. 2. The second part: (1) Locally advanced stage, distant metastasis, thyroid cancer surgery history; (2) Unwilling to accept prophylactic lymph node dissection.
