18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective general anesthesia; 2. ASA Stage I-II; 3. Aged 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Use drugs that affect pupil size (scopolamine, etc.); 2. Eye diseases (cataract, glaucoma, etc.); 3. Ocular surgery history; 4. Pupil deformity; 5. Neuromuscular dysfunction; 6. Taking alpha and beta blockers; 7. Hypertension and diabetes; 8. Thyroid dysfunction; 9. Operation time < 30min; 10. Lateral and prone position surgery; 11. Neurosurgery.
