Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-50 years, no gender limit; 2. Depressive episode diagnosed as bipolar disorder according to DSM-5; 3. Hamilton Depression Scale score >=17, Young Manic scale score <6; 4. Sufficient audio-visual and oral skills to complete the necessary examinations in the study; 5. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI>=40 kg/m^2; 2. Systolic blood pressure >=140mmhg or diastolic blood pressure >=160mm Hg; 3. Perinatal or lactation period; 4. Exercise more than 150 minutes per week in the past six months; 5. Serious physical diseases (heart disease, diabetes, thyroid disease, etc.); 6. Infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, anti-inflammatory drugs, cortisol hormones and antibiotics in the 4 weeks before enrollment; 7. Severe impulsivity or suicide attempts.
