Interventions

Experimental group:The pressure gauge drainage system was used instead of the normal drainage tube, and the active bone hole drainage system was used to fully discharge the air
Control group:Traditional drainage was performed without special intervention

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Dizziness, headache, memory loss and other symptoms; 2. Imaging examination showed subdural hematoma density; 3. All patients had a history of craniocerebral trauma, and the time since injury was more than 21 days; 4. The patient has symptoms or signs of increased intracranial pressure; 5. The thickness of the hematoma was more than 10 mm; 6. All patients received surgical treatment and signed informed consent, which was approved by the ethics committee of the hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hematoma with dividing lumen or septum; 2. Hematoma capsule hypertrophy or calcification can be seen on imaging; 3. Patients who died during the operation or during postoperative follow-up.
