Gold Standard:Pathological diagnostic criteria Biopsy or surgical resection tissue specimens of liver occupying lesions or extrahepatic metastases, diagnosed as HCC by histopathological and/or cytolog
Index test:Clinical indicators (age, sex, laboratory examination of ALT,AST, etc.) and NDA methylation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-70 years, no gender limit; 2. Patients with advanced hepatitis C fibrosis (F3) and compensated cirrhosis (F4) were clearly diagnosed; 3. SVR reached after antiviral treatment; 4. Regular follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with other heparotropic virus infections, autoimmune liver disease, genetic metabolic liver disease, etc.; 2. Co-existing diseases such as active thyroid disease or asthma that may alter the characteristics of T cells and monocytes; 3. Primary liver cancer or other systemic malignant tumors were detected and diagnosed at the time of enrollment and during antiviral therapy; 4. Decompensated liver cirrhosis.
