50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Local obese patients aged 50-80 years. 2. Obesity was diagnosed by body fat content: >=25% for men and >=35% for women.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mobility or cognitive impairment; 2. Patients with liver decompensation, severely impaired renal function (CrCI < 30ml/min), tumor, cardiopulmonary insufficiency, gastrointestinal absorption dysfunction and other diseases; 3. Use of ACEI drugs; 4. The follow-up could not be completed within 3 months of living out.
