Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. Elective robot-assisted lower abdominal surgery; 3. ASA Classification I to III; 4.Pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) >= 95% under air inhalation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Untreated ischemic heart disease; 2. Acute or chronic respiratory failure and moderate-to-severe obstructive or restrictive lung disease, including COPD and asthma; 3. Neuromuscular diseases affecting respiratory muscles; 4. Patient refused to participate.
