Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No gender or race limitation; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. Did not use any drugs affecting gastrointestinal motility in the past week; 4. Good compliance, able to comply with the requirements of clinical trials; 5. The subject or guardian has signed the informed consent; 6. Subjects filled in written informed consent, basic information questionnaire, dietary structure and living condition questionnaire, and promised to cooperate with the study during the whole trial period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Ingestion history of other probiotics and related products within 4 weeks; 2. History of antibiotic intake within 8 weeks; 3. Chronic laxative abuse; 4. Allergic or intolerant to the ingredients of the test probiotic products.
