40 Years to 79 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 40-79 years, no gender limit; 2. Patients diagnosed with colorectal polyps, adenoma, or adenocarcinoma by colonoscopy and histopathology, or healthy people without polyps by colonoscopy; 3. Volunteer to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardio-cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system diseases, hyperthyroidism, diabetes and other serious primary diseases, or patients with serious diseases (such as tumors) and mental diseases that affect their survival; 2. Combined with other diseases that may affect intestinal microecology, such as inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, malabsorption caused by short bowel syndrome, etc.; 3. Complicated with infectious diseases, such as AIDS, tuberculosis, viral hepatitis, etc.; 4. Had taken immunosuppressants, glucocorticoids, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within 3 months before inclusion; Antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, etc., were taken within 1 month before inclusion in the study; They had taken proton pump inhibitors and bismuth-containing drugs within 2 weeks before inclusion in the study; 5. Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol and drug abuse; 6. Patients who are pregnant or trying to become pregnant or breast-feeding; 7. Patients after abdominal surgery (except appendicitis surgery); 8. Patients whose fecal microecological composition may be affected by various reasons were excluded, or were considered by the investigator to have inappropriate factors for inclusion.
