45 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=45 years at the time of inclusion; 2. The patient has a history of hypertension and meets the diagnostic criteria of hypertension in the Chinese Guidelines for Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension 2018; 3. Understand and voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of stroke; 2. Unable to wear electronic devices; 3. Implanted pacemaker or implantable ECG monitor, etc.; 4. Severe mental disorder, unable to express wishes, and unable to appoint guardians and caregivers; 5. Researchers judged that long-term follow-up could not be completed.
