Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of case group: (1) Aged 18-75 years; (2) Resident population living in the city where the hospital is located for the last three years; (3) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for disease; (4) Sign the informed consent, and provide relevant medical history and biological specimens. 2. Inclusion criteria of control group: (1) Not suffering from any obvious disease, and not being diagnosed as suffering from any research disease; (2) Gender and age were matched with the case group; (3) Resident population living in the city where the hospital is located for the past three years; (4) Sign the informed consent, and provide relevant medical history and biological specimens.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating patients (unless the study subjects are pregnant patients); 2. Suffering from other serious diseases that are not subject to the study; 3. Significantly affect the lifestyle of the microbiota, such as taking drugs in the past month, including antibiotics, metformin, statins, stomach acid inhibitors, probiotics and prebiotics; 4. Eat yogurt more than 3 times a week in the past month; 5. Drinking heavily in the past week (drinking more than 4 bottles of liquor and more than 1000ml beer at one time), or drinking every week in the past month.
