Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: According to the Sepsis-3 International Guidelines, patients diagnosed with sepsis upon ICU admission, who require norepinephrine to maintain a MAP >= 65 mmHg after early EGDT resuscitation, and who are aged >= 18 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients expected to undergo emergency surgery within 8 hours of sepsis diagnosis; 3. Patients with sepsis complicated by active bleeding; 4. Patients with sepsis complicated by acute cerebral infarction; 5. Patients with sepsis complicated by intracranial hemorrhage and increased intracranial pressure; 6. Patients with sepsis complicated by severe bleeding tendencies, including severe hematologic diseases, hematologic malignancies, and disseminated intravascular coagulation; 7. Patients unable to obtain renal ultrasound images due to surgery, immobilization, or special positioning; 8. Patients in the late stage of disease, expected to die within 24 hours of inclusion.
