Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People diagnosed with IPD (by a Neurologist using –Brain Bank criteria) Under Anti Parkinson Drug – (l dopa, amantadine,pergolide, selegiline) Stability of anti-Parkinsons medicine for more than 3 weeks. Having History of 3 Falls / near falls in the last 3 months Modified Hoehn-Yahr score II-IV (on state) Ability to walk independently for 10 feet without walking - aid

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No history of fall in the last 3 months Severe cardiac disease where exercise is contraindicated Severe dyskinesia which limits their participation in exercise protocol polypharmacy with at least one fall risk drugs (CNS drugs, Diuretics) Having any other Neurological / orthopedic Disorder - which affect their ability to participate in the exercise protocol Uncontrolled Hyper / Hypo tension marked visual (unable to recognize a face at a distance of 4 meter) or hearing deficit – which affect their ability to participate in the exercise protocol
