Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Cone-beam CT examination was performed before operation to confirm an inverted supernumerary tooth in the maxillary central incisor region; 2. The supernumerary teeth were full ambush of high position, that is, the lowest point of supernumerary teeth was located above the root apex of the adjacent middle incisor and was completely covered by bone; 3. The crown root of supernumerary teeth is 6-8mm in length and 3-5mm in crown width; 4. The angle of intersection between the long axis of supernumerary teeth and the long axis of adjacent maxillary central incisors was 0-30 degree; 5. The distance between the labial and palatal bone plates of supernumerary teeth and the contour height of supernumerary teeth was greater than 3mm; 6. The maxillary central incisors of all patients had erupted normally; 7. Healthy Chinese, aged 7-12 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications for tooth extraction; 2. Allergy to anesthetics; 3. Poor intraoperative coordination.
