Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 50-75 years who want to undergo colonoscopy screening for colorectal cancer; 2. Fecal immune occult blood test has been completed before colonoscopy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unqualified bowel preparation; 2. Patients with hereditary colorectal cancer (such as familial adenomatous polyposis, Lynch syndrome, etc.); 3. Inflammatory bowel disease; 4. A history of colonoscopy within 5 years; 5. Unable to cooperate with severe mental or systemic diseases; 6. Patients during pregnancy and lactation; 7. Failure to sign informed consent.
