Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years, ASA grade I-III; 2. CT and MRI showed compression of thoracic vertebral canal lesions; 3. The patient presented with obvious symptoms of thoracic vertebral canal compression: pain, limb numbness and other sensory disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient was unable to provide informed consent; 2. The patient has a history of stroke or neurological sequelae; 3. Previous spinal surgery or other treatment; 4. History of alcoholism or drug abuse; 5. Patients underwent a wake-up test.
