Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hand dysfunction caused by scar adhesion between finger webs after hand injury; 2. Hand soft tissue wound healed at the time of treatment; 3. X-ray showed that the fracture reached the clinical healing standard; 4. No combined nerve injury; 5. Age 20 to 60 years old; All patients signed informed consent for rehabilitation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are Kirschner wire, steel plate, and other internal fixators in the hand; 2. The fracture was not healed or delayed healing; 3. Postoperative incomplete local skin is not suitable for treatment; 4. Poor compliance, unable to cooperate with treatment; 5. Hand joint surface injury is serious, activities cause severe pain, and so on.
