Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 65 years old; 2. Take care of him/herself, do not need special care, and have no bad habits such as drinking and smoking; 3. BMI 18-28kg/m2; 4. Haven't left my place of residence for a long time in the past six months, and not expected to leave my place of residence within six months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Stroke, diabetes, severe cognitive impairment, and inconveniences; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases (severe chronic diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.); 3. Persons who may be allergic to the intervention diet; 4. Heart, liver, kidney, and other important organ dysfunction; 5. Patients with hyperuricemia or gout; 6. Taking protein supplements or participating in other intervention programs; 7. Have taken antibiotics or probiotics within one month; 8. There are other signs of major medical or psychological diseases, and the respondents think it is not suitable to participate in the study.
