Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18-30 years old healthy female, good general condition, menstrual cycle (28+-7 days), menstrual period (3-7 days), menstrual volume in the last 3 months are basically normal; 2. No symptoms of dysmenorrhea in the past 3 months; 3. Patients were aware of the study protocol, signed informed consent, voluntarily participated in the study, and accepted the grouping, with good compliance; 4. Formal start of this study 2 weeks before enrollment, no analgesic, sedative, or hormone drugs were taken.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with organic lesions of uterine adnexa were excluded; 2. Have other serious underlying diseases, such as serious cardiovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, gastrointestinal diseases (gastritis, enteritis, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.) and hepatitis, tuberculosis and other acute infection stages; 3. Women preparing for pregnancy, pregnancy, and lactation; 4. Participate in clinical research of other drugs within the past 1 month.
