Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The inclusion criteria of the patients: (1) The patient's age >= 60 years old; (2) Patients with a stable condition requiring long-term indwelling of the gastric tube; (3) Volunteer to participate in this study, know the condition, and be able to complete the evaluation of various indicators independently; 2. The inclusion criteria of the caregivers: (1) Age < 60 years old; (2) Physically and mentally healthy; (3) Volunteer to participate in this study and be able to complete the evaluation of various indicators independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During the investigation, the gastric tube was removed with the consent of the doctor; 2. Exclude patients with other serious diseases of heart, brain, liver, kidney and blood vessels.
