Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. New or progressive infiltrating shadows in radiology; 2. Two of at least three clinical features: (1) Fever > 38 degrees centigrade; (2) Leukopenia or leukopenia; (3) Purulent discharge; 3. The deep sputum specimen culture was positive (endotracheal aspiration or bronchoscopic or non-bronchoscopic collection) or blood or pleural effusion culture was positive, the first specimen culture was Acinetobacter baumannii, continuous culture more than 2 times, interval <=3 days, sputum, and CT image collection time <=3 days; 4. CT scan should be carried out 5 days before the first positive specimen culture for comparison before and after.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other extrapulmonary infections must be excluded if blood culture is positive; 2. Exclusion of lung contusion: The patient with external chest injury should be negative for 2 consecutive CT scans after admission, and the trauma of other parts should be once; 3. Pulmonary edema was eliminated, and heart and kidney abnormalities (organic changes) were excluded. Combined with BNP and PCT indicators and clinical symptoms and signs, heart failure was excluded; 4. Exclusion of mixed infection: there were positive cultures of other bacteria 3 days before and after the selection time of the CT image of mixed infection definition; 5. Colonized strain: Although the culture result is positive, if the patient shows no signs of infection, the patient is considered as colonized strain.
