Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnostic criteria for hyperthyroidism: (1) Symptoms and signs of clinical hypermetabolism; (2) Thyroid signs: goiter and (or) thyroid nodules. A few cases have no thyroid signs; (3) Serum hormones: increased total triiodothyronine (TT3), total thyroxine (TT4), free triiodothyronine (FT3), free thyroxine (FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) Decreased (generally <0.1mIU/L); 2. Age 18-60 years old; diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and clinically assessed as mild. Judgment criteria for mild hyperthyroidism: (1) Thyroid hormone levels are less than 2 times higher than normal (2) Heart rate <100 beats/min (3) The clinical symptoms of hyperthyroidism are mild and do not affect normal life 3. Long-term oral ATD, the drug is ineffective or relapsed after discontinuation, or unable to insist on taking the drug; 4. Refuse to accept surgery or radioactive iodine 131 treatment; 5. Combined with thyroid nodules and biopsy confirmed as benign nodules; 6. planning pregnancy, it is no longer suitable to take large doses of drugs before pregnancy; 7. Patients voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women, breastfeeding; 2. Moderate-to-severe active infiltrative exophthalmos (degree of exophthalmos>21mm); 3. Severe heart, liver, and kidney insufficiency, abnormal coagulation function, etc.; 4. Bilateral vocal cord dysfunction and the patient can not cooperate (such as severe cough, asthma, hiccups, etc.).
