18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Head CT diagnosis of craniocerebral injury; 2. Patients with Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) of 3-8; 3. The survival or ICU stay was > 1 week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tumors, liver and kidney diseases, gastrointestinal bleeding affecting intestinal flora; 2. Patients with previous gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Patients who took probiotics in the last month or during treatment; 4. There were patients who took antibiotics in the last month; 5. Participate in other intervention researchers; 6. Others: autoimmune diseases, hypothyroidism, Parkinson's disease, past stroke history, major trauma in the previous 2 months; 7. Unqualified fecal sample collection.
