40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 40-75 years old; 2. Patients who meet the diagnosis of probable MSA (probable MSA) in the second edition of the diagnostic criteria proposed by Gilman et al. in 2008, with a clear clinical staging; 3. Able to cooperate in the completion of clinical assessment, venous blood collection, and late follow-up; 4. Voluntary participation in the study and signing of an informed consent form; 5. No cognitive impairment or bed rest at baseline.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined history of cerebrovascular disease, history of severe head trauma, and other neuropsychiatric histories; 2. Refusal of follow-up; 3. Family history of ataxia or Parkinson's syndrome.
