Age
55 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the diagnostic criteria of knee osteoarthritis; 2. Age >= 55 years old, <= 75 years old; 3. BMI 18.5-30 kg/m^2 4. ASA grade I-III; 5. Undergoing the first unilateral total knee arthroplasty under elective general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of knee trauma and operation; 2. Rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and other rheumatic immune system diseases; 3. Neuromuscular diseases or mental illness; 4. Complicated with severe cardio/cerebral vascular and pulmonary diseases or severe liver and renal dysfunction before operation; 5. Accompanied by cancer pain; 6. Unable to understand or cooperate with the completion of relevant scales; 7. Refusing to sign informed consent or participate in other clinical trials at the same time.
