Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-60 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of schizophrenia in the international classification of diseases (ICD-10); 3. Have received antipsychotic treatment for at least 6 months; 4. The MOCA score of cognitive impairment screening is lower than 26, and there are cognitive defects; 5. The IQ of Weiss's adult intelligence scale is more than 70. Have the ability to complete various assessments, and fully understand the contents of informed consent; 6. The acute attack has been relieved, the total PANSS score of mental symptoms is less than 80, and be able to complete the training course; 7. Can use smartphone wechat applet.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other mental diseases complicated with ICD-10; 2. Complicated with severe somatic or infectious diseases; 3. Receive electric convulsion treatment within 3 months; 4. Receive long-acting antipsychotic drugs within 3 months; 5. Receive other cognitive behavioral therapy; 6. Substance abuse within 6 months; 7. Pregnant or lactating women.
