Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed by histopathology or cell pathology have complete clinical and pathological data and are older than 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy for colorectal cancer; 2. Colorectal cancer has non-lymph node and liver metastasis; 3. Hepatitis B virus, HIV virus, and acute infection; 4. Patients with other tumors, chronic consumptive diseases, metabolic diseases, or other malignant diseases.
