Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria of giant pituitary adenomas were evaluated according to MRI/CT examination in the sellar region: Pituitary tumor diameter >=3cm; 2. Age >=18 years old and <=70 years old; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with severe infection, trauma, acute myocardial infarction, hypotension, hypoxia, and other stress conditions; 2. serious cardiovascular disease, untreated hypertension, and pulmonary insufficiency; 3. severe erosion of skull base or craniotomy is required; 4. Recurrent patients with a history of craniotomy or transnasal sphenoidal surgery; 5. Participated in clinical trials of other drugs within 30 days; 6. Other circumstances preclude participation in completing the intervention follow-up.
