Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of cerebral apoplexy (cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction) formulated by the National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases; 2. Head CT and MAGNETIC resonance examination showed that the first onset was accompanied by limb motor dysfunction, and duration of stroke was within 30 days; 3. Magnetic resonance and intracranial vascular examination confirmed the location of stroke lesion in the middle cerebral artery blood supply area.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with motor dysfunction caused by other neurological diseases; 2. Patients with contraindications to rTMS treatment, such as epilepsy, metal implants, etc.; 3. The existence of serious cognitive and mental disorders and the existence of consciousness disorders make it unable to cooperate with the situation.
