Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 75 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Meeting the Berlin Standard for moderate to severe ARDS in 2012 and requiring invasive mechanical ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to sign the informed consent for the trial; 2. Patients with pregnancy or lactation or end-stage tumors; 3. Patients with chronic right heart failure or pulmonary hypertension.
