18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 30 years old; 2. Being used to using a manual toothbrush, and not using any other oral cleaning products (such as electric toothbrush, mouthwash, etc.) during the experiment; 3. Keeping at least 24 natural teeth, of which more than 10 teeth are shown dental plaque; 4. The regularity of diet and rest.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from systemic diseases, oral tumors, or diseases affecting oral saliva secretion or pregnancy status; 2. Having stomatology knowledge and learning experience or learning experience in brushing methods, habitually using dental floss; 3. Smoking; 4. Receiving orthodontic or restorative treatment during the study period; 5. Patients with cavities that tend to retain plaque and are not easy to clean, poor restorations, and patients with stage III and above periodontitis: maximum probing depth >=6mm, adjacent surface attachment loss >=5mm, imaging bone loss to the root Area 1/3 and above, loss of teeth due to periodontitis; 6. Using antibiotics during the study period or participating in other clinical studies.
