Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First unilateral stroke meeting the diagnostic criteria for stroke established at the Fourth National Academic Conference on Cerebrovascular Diseases in 1995; 2. A course of disease 18.5 kg/m2; 5. Stable vital signs with no tracheal intubation and tracheotomy; 6. An ability to actively cooperate with the training without obvious cognitive impairment (MMSE score >=24 points).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged =4, with calf circumferences below the threshold for men < 34 cm and women < 33cm); 3. An inability to complete the inspiratory muscle training due to severe facial paralysis or other oropharyngeal structural abnormalities.
